Our Wavy Hills Extra Virgin Olive Oil is crafted from a blend of Leccino and Moraiolo olives, two classic Tuscan varieties known for their unique flavors and balance, and a hint of Olivastra. Leccino olives bring a delicate floral and fruity note, while the Moraiolo adds depth with a slightly more robust and peppery finish, creating a versatile oil that enhances any dish without overpowering it.

Completely Organic: Our groves are nurtured year-round without the use of pesticides or chemicals. We use only organic fertilizers and focus on natural, sustainable farming practices to keep the trees healthy, resulting in an oil that is as pure as nature intended.
Fresh and Rich: To preserve the richness of the olives, we hand-pick them and transport them to the mill less than 1 km (0.6 miles) away within 36 hours of harvest. This swift process captures the full-bodied flavor and ensures the oil maintains its natural integrity.
